Equipped with an auger filler dosing system, this machine ensures high-precision filling and consistent weight control, even for lightweight or flow-resistant powders.
Utilizing a rotary pouch packing design, the system performs multiple synchronized operations—bag pickup, opening, powder dosing, sealing, and discharge—across 6 to 8 working stations. The entire process is controlled by a PLC system with a user-friendly HMI touch screen, allowing for easy operation, real-time monitoring, and error diagnostics.
