A: Absolutely. You can send us product samples and packaging materials—we’ll run a test and send you videos and data. If you not convenient to send us sample. we can buy in local or DIY similar size product to testing.

A: Standard machines are usually ready to ship within 7~15 working days. Customized solutions may take 30–45 days, depending on complexity.

A: Yes, we provide video tutorials, manuals, and online support. For full packaging lines or special projects, we offer overseas engineer installation and training services.Each client is assigned a dedicated after-sales specialist and technical support engineer.

A: All machines come with a 12-month warranty for core components. Wear parts are excluded but available at low cost from our spare parts warehouse.
